Fortunately, however, by the end of June it became possible to make up for this interruption, taking advantage of the relatively improved conditions. Although the educational programs were completed, some of our Union-affiliated schools, as a precaution, avoided holding public ceremonies or limited themselves to the simple distribution of certificates, as can be seen from the captions, reports, and group photographs presented below.” «Ապրիլ 1981-էն ետք ստեղծուած անապահով կացութիւնը խախտեց առ այդ որոշ հանդարտութեամբ ընթացող ուսումնական կեանքը: Բարեբախտաբար սակայն, Յունիսի վերջերուն կարելի եղաւ այդ բացը լրացնել՝ օգտուելով տիրող յարաբերական վիճակէն: Թէեւ կրթական ծրագիրները հասան իրենց լրումին, սակայն, միութենապատկան մեր կարգ մը վարժարանները առ ի նախազգուշացում խուսափեցան հրապարակային հանդէսներով եւ կամ ալ՝ լոկ վկայականներու բաշխումով, ինչպէս կերեւի ստորեւ ներկայացուած նկարգրակններէն, թղթակցութիւններէնու խմբանկարներէն:
