Our principles
- Member data is protected and used only for legitimate AGBU Lebanon purposes.
- Sensitive data is minimized — we collect only what is necessary.
- Medical details are never collected casually through general forms.
- Election-related data requires strict governance, auditability, and legal review.
- Access is role-based and limited to authorized staff via the management section.
- Data exports are logged and restricted to authorized roles.
- Consent for communications and data use is explicitly recorded.
- All actions performed in the admin area are recorded in an audit log.
What we collect
Through this platform, AGBU Lebanon may collect:
- Identification details for membership (name, date of birth, contact).
- Family relationships for family membership management.
- Event participation and ticket bookings.
- Gym membership and check-in records.
- Basic appointment requests (no medical history).
- Consent records for communications and processing.
What we do not collect
- Detailed medical records via general web forms.
- Sensitive personal data without explicit, written consent.
- Political opinions, religious beliefs, or other special-category data outside of governance processes where strictly required.

Security
The production system uses HTTPS, hashed passwords, role-based access control, and an append-only audit log for every meaningful action.
