The reopening of the Tarouhy Hagopian School

1980 01 10 The reopening of the Tarouhy Hagopian School took place this year as well at the Boghos K. Garmirian School. However, being outside its own building was never a reason for academic or extracurricular activities to register any slowdown whatsoever. On the contrary, almost in parallel with classroom instruction, the activities of the student committees were revitalized—activities which for many years have given a distinctive character and vitality to the life of the Tarouhian students.--------------This year it was deemed appropriate to dedicate a weekly period specifically to committee work. Seven Committees: Literary, scientific, athletic, general development, English, Arts, and AGBU committees were formed.
