1950 May 13 “AGBU School Health Care Conference organized by AGBU District and Educational committees
1950 May 13: “AGBU School, Health Care Conference, organized by AGBU District and Educational committees for Armenian school principals and teachers in the AGBU local in Beirut. Twenty-three schools had their Principals, and teaching staff participated in the Conference. AGBU Dispensary trustee chairman Dr. S. Serabian.” “Dr. Levon Aharonian and Dr. Yervant Markarian presented the yearly report of the dispensary. Five thousand nine hundred students from 25 schools have their teeth checked and were cured. From October 10, 1949, till May 12 1950, 6043 students from 24 schools have their general health check by dispensary doctors. all of them have their health card registry.”
