1969 Jun 28 AGBU Yervant Demirdjian Elementary School 13th Graduation AGBU Yervant Demirdjian Elementary School 10th Graduation "Yervant Demirjian School has given its tenth graduates this year. On June 28, a huge crowd filled the large courtyard of the school. There are the representatives of AGBU committee members, parents, teachers, and guests. The event is chaired by Mr. and Mrs. Kasarjian. The event opened by the Armenian language teacher of the school, Mr. Boghos Madourian. The students of the 6th grade presented. Shirvanzade’s "Azkayin Korzitche". Dzovig Sarkisian, student of the graduating class, recites Vahe Godel's "Armenia", Choir-Orchestra, conducted by Mr. M. Kangrouni, presented two songs. Araxi Altounian played... Hagob Angalatian will sang. The graduating class students perform two folk dances of Sasoun. After The distribution of prizes, Mr and Mrs. Hovhsnes. Kasarjians and Education. Committee chair Dr. And Mrs. D. Varjabedian distributed the diplomas to 21 girl and 21 boy graduates. Serop Demirjian delivered his farewell speech in Arabic, Nora Titizyan reads a message from the graduating class. Principal Mr. O. Sarkisian adressed the students. The audience was invited to watch the student exhibition, prepared by handcraft teachers Mrs. Nazeli Kazanjian and Sirvart Fazlian.
«ՀԲԸՄիութեան Երուանդ Տեմիրճեան վարժարանը, այս տարի տուաւ իր տասներորդ շրջանաւարտները: Յունիս 28ին խուռներամ բազմութիւն մը լեցուցած էր վարժարանին ընդարձակ բակը: Հոն են Միութեան պատասխանատու մարմիններու ներկայացուցիչները, ծնողներ, ուսոցիչ-ուսուցչուհիներ, հիւրեր: Հանդէսին կը նախագահեն՝ Տէր եւ Տիկին Գասարճեանները: Հանդէսին բացումը կը կատարէ վարժարանի հայերէն լեզուի ուսուցիչ Պրն. Պօղոս Մատուռեանը: Զ. Դասարանի աշակերտները կը ներկայացնեն Ալ. Շիրվանզատէի «Ազգային գործիչը»: Ընթացաւարտ դասարանի սանուհիներէն Ծովիկ Սարգիսեան կ'արտասանէ Վահէ Կոտելի «Հայաստան» քերթուածը, Երգչախումբ-նուագախումբը, Պրն. Մ. Գանգրունիի ղեկավարութեամբ, կը հրամցնէ երկու երգ: Արաքսի Ալթունեան կը նուագէ... Յակոբ Անկալաթեան կ'արտասանէ: Ընթացաւարտ դասարանի սան-սանուհիները կը հրամցնեն Սասնոյ ժողովրդական երկու պարեր»: «Մրցանակներու բածխումին կը յաջորդէ վկայականաց բաշխումը: Տէր եւ Տիկ. Յովհ. Գասարճեաններն ու Կրթ. Յանձնախումբի ատենապետ Տոքթ. Եւ Տիկ. Տ. Վարժապետեանները կը կատարեն վկայականներու բաշխումը: 21 աղջիկներ ու 21 մանչեր վկայականներու կ'արժանանան այս տարի: Սերոբ Տեմիրճեան արաբերէն լեզուով կ'արտասանէ իր հրաժեշտի խօսքը: Աւարտական դասարաններու կողմէ ուղերձ մը կը կարդայ Նորա Թիթիզեան: Տնօրէն Պրն. Օ. Սարգիսեան կը կատարէ «Հուսկ բանքը» : Հանդիսականները կը հրաւիրուին դիտել աշակերտական ցուցահանդէսը, պատրաստուած ձեռային աշխատանքի ուսուցչուհիներ՝ տիկիններ Նազելի Գազանճեանն ու Սիրվարդ Ֆազլեանը: (1969 Kh May-Jul p200-202)
