On the evening of August 14, the group arrived in Alexandria by sea, where the head of the HMEM Alexandria committee members welcomed them. The next day, the group visited the historical sights of Alexandria. Sunday, August 18, On the occasion of the Holy Mother of God feast, the group attended the holly liturgy at the local St. Paul-Peter Church, after which they laid a wreath in front of the Armenian genocide monument in the churchyard—and met Rev Bishop Zaven Chinchinian. After that, the leadership visited Alexandria's historical sights. On the same afternoon, the 35th-anniversary celebration of the HMEM-Alexandria Scouts group took place. In addition to the HMEM Community of Cairo and Alexandria-Noubar scout units, Lebanese gest groups participated in the march celebration and the following ceremony. The next day, the group was invited by Mr. Ardash Vardzpetian's "Hanoville" seaside villa. On Tuesday, August 20, the group left for Cairo.
