1968 Mar 6 AYA CENTRAL COMMITTEE HONORING AGBU SCHOOL TEACHERS. In honour of the distinguished AGBU schools' teaching staff, a wine table was set up in the AYA Central Committee in Zareh Noupar Club. The purpose of this meeting was to gather the Union teachers together, get to know them closely and exchange ideas on several issues worthy of public interest. After the Central Committee Secretary Dr Kesishian's short opening speech, AYA Central Comm. Chair Mr Kh. After taking up the role of the AGBU in the national educational life, Kaloustian emphasized the need for equally essential and additional cultural and social education for youth in the cause of Armenian hermitage preservation. Dr. D. Varjapetian, Vahe Vahian, Zareh Melkonian, Onnik Sargisian, Yervant Grboyan, Noubar Nazarian, Yenovk Balikian and Varoujan Bedigian hve their noets. Metre Hr. Sedrakian, as the vice-chairman of the District committee, called on the teachers of the Union to bring their active participation into the administrative life of the Antranik Youth Association and guide our bright young men and women to the field of cultural, social or sports activities of the AYA youth clubs.
«ՀԵԸնկերակցութեան Կեդրոնական Վարչութիւնը 6 Մարտ 1968ին, ՀԲԸՄիւութեան վարժարաններու յարգարժան ուսուցչական կազմին ի պատիւ, գինեսեղան մը սարքած էր Զարեհ Նուպար Ակումբին մէջ: Սոյն հաւաքոյթին նպատակն էր Միութեան ուսոուցիչները ի մի հաւաքել, մօտէն ծանօթանալ անոնց, հասարակաց շահագրգռութեան արժանի կարգ մը հարցերու շուրջ միտքերու փոխանակում ունենալ: Կեդրոնական Վարչութեան ատենադպիր Տոքթ. Գ. Քեշիշեանի հակիրճ բայց կուռ բարեգալստեան բացման խօսքէն ետք, Պրն. Խ. Գալուստեան, ՀԵԸի Կեդրոնական Վարչութեան Պատ. Ատենապետը, վեր առնելէ ետք Բարեգործականի դերը ազգային-կրթական կեանքէն ներս, շեշտեց Երիտասարդացի ազգային-ընկերային նոյնքան կարեւոր ու լրացուցիչ դաստիարակութեան անհրաժեշտութիւնը հայապահպանման գործին մէջ: Գինեսեղանին յաջորդաբար խօսք առին Տոքթ. Տ. Վարժապետեան, Վահէ Վահեան, Զարեհ Մելքոնեան, Օննիկ Սարգիսեան, Երուանդ Կրպոյեան, Նուպար Նազարեան, Ենովք Պալիքեան ու Վարուժան Պետիկեան: Մեթր Հր. Սեդրակեան, իր փոխ-ատենապետի հանգամաքով, կոչ ըրաւ Միութեան ուսուցիչներուն, որպէսզի իրենց գործօն մասնակցութիւնը բերեն ՀԵԸի վարչական կեանքէն ներս, ու մեր լուսամիտ երիտասարդ-երիտասարդուհիները առաջնորդեն դէպի ՀԵԸի մշակութային, ընկերային կամ մարզական գործունէութեան դաշտ»...: photo (1968 Kh Mar-Apr n6-7p158-159)
