Վարչական ժողովը առաջին օրէն որոշեց օգնութեան կարեւոր բաժին ստանձնել, և բազմաթիւ վիրաւորեալներու մասին խօսուած ըլլալուն՝ 200 ոսկիի առաջին վարկ մը տրամադրեց, պաշտօն տուաւ Միութեան պատուակալ բժիշկ Տոքթ. Սերովբեանի անմիջապէս Բօր-Սայիտ երթալ և սանիտարական գործը կազմակերպել: Եպիսկոպոս Գուշակեանի առաջարկութեան վրայ, հազարէ աւելի երկսեռ տղոց կրթական գործը սիրայօժար իր վրայ առաւ, ինչպէս նաեւ անոնց զգեստաւորումը. քիչ օրէն տեղի կ'ունենայ բացօթեայ վարժարանի բացումը:»(Mioutioun 1915 Sep N 45 p 129).
