Yervant Demirjian Elementary School and Kindergarten
1978 10 08 Yervant Demirjian Elementary School and Kindergarten Classes began on October 8. The timetable underwent a fundamental change. The kindergarten operated from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the primary school from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with class periods of 40 minutes each and two short breaks. The midday schedule proved very beneficial for the students, parents, and teaching staff. Student transportation was carried out by two vehicles, which were simultaneously used by the Hovakimian–Manougian School. The educational program was implemented satisfactorily. The health of the students was attended to by the Association’s clinic physicians. The students were vaccinated against tuberculosis by the H. Karageozian Foundation. ---------
ԵՐՈՒԱՆԴ ՏԵՄԻՐՃԵԱՆ ՆԱԽԱԿՐԹԱՐԱՆ ԵՒ ՏԻԿՆԱՆՑ ՏԻՊԱՐ ՄԱԿԱՊԱՐՏԷԶ, Դասաւանդութիւնները սկսան Հոկտեմբեր 8ին: Ժամանակացոյցը հիմնական փոփոխութեան ենթարկուեցաւ: Մանկապարտէզը առաւօտեան ժամը 8:30էն մինչեւ 1:30, իսկ նախակրթարանը 7:30էն մինչեւ 1:30 դասապահեր ունեցան՝ իւրաքանչիւրը 40 վայրկեան՝ երկու կարճ զբօսանլներով: Կէսօրուան դրութիւնը շատ օգտակար եղաւ աշակերտութեան, ծնողներուն եւ ուսուցչութեան համար:------------ Աշակերտութեան փոխադրութիւնը կատարուեցաւ 2 ինքնաշարժներով, որոնք նոյն ատեն գործածուեցան Յովակիմեան-Մանուկեան Վարժարանին կողմէ:--------------Ուսումնական ծրագիրը գոհացուցիչ կերպով գործադրուեցաւ: Աշակերտութեան առողջութեան հոգ տարին Միութեան դարմանատան բժիշկները: Հ. Գարակէօզեան Հիմնարկութեան կողմէ աշակերտները պատուաստուեցան թոքախտի դէմ:------ ԼԵՒՈՆ Կ.
