The first issues of the newspaper prepared by the juniors were published in January 1969. Editor: Zareh Titunjian. Auditing: Aram Sepetjian, Desiner: Ruben Nadjarian. On the 1st page of the 1st volume, we read: "Dear reader, the senior scouts of the AYA Zareh Noubar Chapter had the idea of publishing a youth newspaper under the name "KHOSNAG BADANEGAN". The goal: a) To give the Armenian youth his newspaper. b) Train him to buy and read his newspaper. c) Shows interest in the Armenian language, writes and knows how to spread his ideas .
