a)1967 Apr 28 The Latest Performance of the AGBU-AYA Vahram Papazian Theater Group... The selection was focused on a Shakespearean comedy, "A Midsummer Night's Dream... "Usually, V. The Papazian Theater Group presents two works to the Armenian public every season. This year, the visit of the State Theater named after "Sundugian" of Armenia to Beirut and the exceptional work of the AYA in its organization caused only one play to be presented to the people." The selection focused on a Shakespearian comedy, "A Midsummer Night's Dream". This work, which contains magic unique to a great play, demanded great moral and material sacrifices from the theatre troupe. An exceptional effort was made to create a magical and dreamlike atmosphere at the play. And it is safe to say that those efforts were not in vain. "A Midsummer Night's Dream" became the most visual and colourful production of the Theater Group. The audience was enchanted by his scenes and appreciated the level of theatrical art. This performance can be seen as a lasting and important victory for the theatre group. Of course, disadvantages will always exist!"
ՀԵԸի Վահրամ Փափազեան Թատերախումբի Վերջին Իրագործումը... Ընտրութիւնը կեդրոնացաւ Շէյքսփիրեան կատակերգութեան մը վրայ՝ «Ամառնային Գիշէրուան Երազը ... «Սովորաբար, ՀԵԸի Վ. Փափազեան Թատերախումբը իւրաքանչիւր եղանակին հայ հասարակութեան կը հրամնցնէ երկու գործ: Այս տարի, Հայաստանի Սունդուկեան անուան պետական Թատրոնի Պէյրութ այցը, և անոր կազմակերպութեան մէջ ՀԵԸի տարած բացառիկ աշխատանքը պատճառ եղան որ միայն մէկ թատերախաղ ներկայացուի ժողովուրդին»: Ընտրութիւնը կեդրոնացաւ Շէյքսփիրեան կատակերգութեան մը վրայ՝ «Ամառնային գիշերուան երազը»: Մեծ թատերագրին իւրայատուկ մոգականութիւն պարունակող այս գործը թատերախումբէն պահանջեց բարոյական ու նիւթական մեծ զոհողութիւններ: Բացառիկ ճիգ թափուեցաւ ապհովելու համար թատերախաղին մոգական եւ երազային մթնոլորտը: Եւ անվարան կարելի է յայտարարել որ այդ ճիգերը ապարդիւն չանցան: «Ամառնային Գիշերուան Երազը»ը դարձաւ Թատերախումբին ամէնէն տեսողական դւ գունագեղ բեմադրութիւնը: Հանդիսատեսները հմայուեցան անոր տեսարաններէն, միաժամանակ բարձր գնահատելով թատերական արուեստի մակարդակը: Թատերախումբի հաշուոյն մնայուն եւ կարեւոր յաղթանակը կարելի է նկատել այս բեմադրութիւնը: Թերութիւններ, բնական է, միշտ գոյութիւն կ'ունենան...» (Kh 1967 Feb-May p440-441) --------b) 1967 April Mr. Kegham Dandzigian, one of the well-known Beirut Armenian nationals, and AGBU veteran member, gave a nice surprise this year by donating a moving stage to the AGBU-AYA "Vahram Papazian" Theater Troupe. We are glade to announce that Hov-Manougian school’s Caloust Gulbenkian Theater just have equipped with a moving stage!, «Պէյրութահայ ծանօթ ազգայիններէն, ՀԲԸՄիութեան վեթերան անդամ՝ Տիար Գեղամ Տանձիկեան, այս տարի գեղեցիկ անակնկալ մը պարգեւեց ՀԵԸնկերակցութեան «Վահրամ Փափազեան» Թատերախումբին նուիրելով շարժուն բեմ մը»:
