Yervant Hususian Armenology Institute opening
1964 Nov 2 AGBU Yervant Hususian Armenology Institute opening "YERVANT HUSUSIAN FOUNDATION ARMENIAN STUDIES" Centre. Thanks to the financial resources provided by the national philanthropist Mr Yervant Hususian, the AGBU Hovagimian-Manougian Armenology Studies course in Beirut has been opened starting November 2, 1964-65. The classes will take place four days a week, from 5:30-7:30 in the evening, in the Hoagimian-Manougian College, with a three-month program." "More than twenty Armenian young men and women follow the Foundation's lessons. Once again, this Foundation does not claim to be the first and only initiative of Armenological studies in Beirut. It is a dear duty to mention the tireless efforts of Rev Father Hovh. Meserlian, who in 1933 initiated regular public lectures with Armenological content in Beirut, and four years later founded the Armenological Section of Saint Joseph University "...For more information, we instruct you to contact Mr. Vahe Vahyan, who will be the leader of the Institution."

Մըսըրլեանին, որ գաղութիս մէջ սկիզբը դրաւ հայագիտական բովանդակութեամբ հրապարակային հերթական դասախօսութիւններու, 1933ին ու չորս հնգամեակ մը ետք հիմնեց Սէն Ժոզէֆ համալսարանի Հայագիտական Ամպիոնը...»: «...Յաւելեալ տեղեկութիւններու համար կը հանձնարարենք դիմել Պրն.
