1931 Nov 11 AGBU Zahle chapter organized an event in Hotel Lebanon.
On November 11, AGBU Zahle chapter organized an event in Hotel Lebanon. Chairman Rev. Priest Drezian, in his welcome speech, emphasized the role of the AGBU. After presenting the main sections of the AGBU 1930 Report, Rev. Pastor Hagop Shenorhokian concluded by saying: AGBU is the only organization that creates cooperation in the Armenian three communities. Rev. Krikor Vartabed Ashdeyan said, “The Armenian nation’s main cause of misery is the unforgiveness towards each other!”
►Նոյեմբեր 11-ին, Զահլէ , ՀԲԸՄ-ի մասնաժողովի ընկերային հաւաքոյթը Օթել Լիբանանի մէջ....Ատենապետ՝ Արժ. Դիոնիս Քահ. Տրէզեան, իր բացման խօսքին մէջ վեր առաւ ՀԲԸՄ-ի կատարած գործունէութիւնը: Վեր. Յակոբ Շնորհոքեան՝ ներկայացնելէ ետք ՀԲԸՄ-ի 1930-ի տեղեկագրին գլխաւոր բաժինները, եզրափակեց ըսելով «ՀԲԸՄ միակ մարմինն է որ համագործակցութիւն կը ստեղծէ երեք յարանուանութեանց մէջ» «Գերյ. Գրիգոր Վարդ. Աշտիեան, իր խօսքին մէջ Հայ ազգին դժբախտութեանց գլխաւոր պատճառը ցոյց տուաւ իրարու հանդէպ աններողամտութիւնը...»: (1931 (Mioutioun n153 p13)
