1930 New Year celebration in Beirut Kelegian Orphanage

On January 1, 1930, a New Year's party with a beautiful program took place at the Kelekian-Sisvan Orphanage in Beirut. The event consisted of two parts: Kindergarten and Elementary School, a veriaty program presented by the students of the institution, art students, dancers, with physical exercises, poems, and jokes. The choir and orchestra sang and played national and foreign pieces very successfully, as the exercise segment of the program took place at the playground, where the boys worked out for Swedish exercises and build an athletic pyramid.
