AGBU Kelegian and Sisvan orphanages moved to Beirut new locations
AGBU Kelegian and Sisvan orphanages have been moved to new locations in Beirut. Inspector of Mersin Orphanage Rev. Mampre Vartabed was appointed as the Managing inspector of the Kelegian Boys’ orphanage, and Senior teacher Mr. K. Khatchigian Managing Inspector of the Sisvan Girls orphanage.
►«...Զմմառի և Աշքուտի մէջ Քէլէկեան և Սիսուան Որբանոցներու յատկացուած յարկաբաժինները բացարձակապէս անբաւարար ըլլալով....որբերը այլուր տեղափոխումը անհրաժեշտ դատուած է...ուստի և հարկ դատուեցաւ Որբանոցները փոխադրել Պէյրութ, ուր կարելի եղաւ ընդարձակ շէնք մը վարձել... ցնոր տնօրինութիւն Մերսինի Որբանոցի տեսուչ Մամբրէ Ծ. Վարդապետ Քէլէկեան մանչերու որբանոցին տեսչութեան պաշտօնին կոչուած է, իսկ նախորդ Որբանոցի աւագ ուսուցիչ Գ. Խաչիկեան եւս առժամապէս Սիսուան աղջկանց Որբանոցին տեսուչ նշանակուած է:(1922 Mar-Apr N 86 p19)
