1949 Jul 5 Class A and B graduates of Pattern-cutting courses of the AGBU Ladies Auxiliary . 1949 July 5: The Pattern cutting courses by the AGBU Ladies Auxiliary for this season has begun on November 29, 1948, and have been concluded in early July 1949. The students who took the seven-month courses were split into two groups, with Group A having 24 students and Group B having 22. The students attended every day of the week to sew more than 350 pieces, exhibited for the public from July 3 to 5, and received a lot of favourable feedback.
« ՀԲԸՄիութեան Պէյրութի Տիկնանց Յանձնախումբին հաստատած կարուձեւի դասընթացքի Բ. Տարին որ սկսած էր 29 Նոյեմբեր 1948-ին, վերջացաւ 1949 Յուլիսի սկիզբը, 7 ամսուայ շրջանէ մը վերջ: Դասընթացքը բաժնուած էր երկու կարգերու- Ա. կարգը 24, և Բ. կարգը 22 աշակերտուհիներով»: «...Օր Լօրենց ջանաց ուսուցանել տեսական և գործնական կերպով: Աշակերտուհիները շաբթուան ամեն օրերը գալով աշխատեցան և կարեցին 350 կտորէ աւելի շրջազգեստներ, որոնք ցուցադրուեցան Յուլիս 3-էն մինչեւ 5, այցելու բազմութեան ջերմ գնահատանքին արժանանալով: Վկայականաց բաշխումը տեղի ունեցաւ Յուլիս 5-ին, կոկիկ յայտագրով մը, ծնողներու, անդամներու և բարեկամներու հոծ բազմութեան ներկայութեան»: (1950 Feb Miout n251p49)
