Republic in a letter dated December 25, 1945, addressed to our President, Mr. A. Karageozian, informed him of a decision by the Armenian Government, which passed on November 21, 1945. "The Armenian Government would permit the repatriation of the Armenians of Diaspora into Armenia. The Government would allow the immigrants to take their every belonging into the homeland exempt of duty. Ընդհանուր Միութիւնը ցանկութիւն է յայտնում իր տրամադրութեան տակ եղած միջոցներով օժանդակութեան գալ Սովետական Հայաստանում իրագործուող միջոցառումներին...» «...Մեր կարծիքով Հայկ.
